The cake photos above were taken yesterday at my sister's baby shower.  This adorable and very delicious cake was made by the very talented Kathy Costo, of "Cakes by Kathy".  She also did our wedding cake this past September.  If you are located in NY's Capital Region, Southern VT, or the Berkshires of MA, please take notice!  She creates cakes for all events, including weddings.

have your cake...

I did not photograph the lovely cakes that you see above.... I came across them on another blog and had to re-post... they are so adorable! I love wedding cakes... when ever I'm photographing a wedding, I always find myself taking way more photos of the wedding cake then is really necessary... I am just drawn to them.. they smell delicious and they are edible, beautiful, pieces of art... what's better than that! Anyway, the cakes above are by Sarah Magid, an organic baker out of Brooklyn.
